Same here :)

Ok, that version should have the Alt+Enter logic. I just tried the most
recent stable build from
https://cdn.kde.org/ci-builds/office/kmymoney/5.2/linux/kmymoney-5.2-5001-linux-gcc-x86_64.AppImage
on my stock openSUSE Leap 16.0, switched on the option to use Enter to move
between the fields and Alt+Enter is working just fine. This leads to
the assumption, that it is the combination of KMyMoney and your
specific installation that causes the problem.
Can you duplicate your problem with the above mentioned version?
What happens if you start the system settings, select the keyboard section
and the select the Shortcuts pane. Then enter 'Enter' on the right in the
search widget. Which entries are shown in the list underneath? Anything
with Alt+Enter?
Just too many options :)
