Category List

Hi,
I just set up the KMyMoney app on my laptop, I went through the process using the set up wizard and built in my accounts.  I selected the simple category list in setup, but I did not write down the category names for use when entering a transaction.  I could not find a way to print this list?  I want to use your basic category list for most transactions and will add in others as needed, but I don’t know how to access this default category list? Can you send me the list or let me know to access it.  I have not entered any transactions yet just built in the accounts.
