Cannot close credit card account

I'm not certain, but I believe that closed accounts are not used in any  
reports.  (I found some old bugs about Capital Gains Reports, but did  
not look further.)  It is possible that you cannot close an account  
still used in a report.

When you try to close the account, is there any tool-tip if you hover  
the mouse over the Close button or menu choice?

See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=451921 and perhaps that can be  
changed from just Capital Gains reports to any reports.
