Budgets

Mike,

What verison of kymoney are you using?  I don't use Linux Mint, but I downloaed the ISO that relates to your install and I have the following:

kmymoney:
   Candidate: 4.6.6-2  

what do you get when you the this command:
   apt-cache policy kmymoney

(Side Note:  The verison of mint that you are using is based off of ubuntu 16.04 LTS which will be using an older package set.)

I run arch and my package is different than yours.
