account undeletable

 From an argumentative point of view:
The fact that the account name starts with "*z-*" could suggest that at 
some point someone decided to rename an account to clean up house and 
fix the administration, but forgot to put back the original name.

I see no reason that "*z-*"  is the result of some kind of software 
process. Not even from a bug perspective.
