Hi and welcome to the club!

I can confirm the icon issue, also those on the Ledger.  Also, and
strangely, in Accounts view, the only icons to appear in colour have the
word 'Cash' in their name.

I don't know if you have investments, but if you do I'd be interested to
hear what you find.
