Icons missing

To whom it may concern:

I have installed 4.8.0 from source in Kubuntu 16.04.  The default theme
is Breeze.  With this icon theme kmymoney is missing several icons.

I have also installed 4.6.2 from Ubuntu repos and icons are also missing.

To fix this issue I have made sure that oxygen-icon-theme is installed. 

Also in the Icons system setting for KDE I switched the theme to
oxygen.  Since this change was put in place it has made all the icons
appear.
