Did you try this already?

I opened an account with Fidor Bank. I am not yet sure about their mTAN thing 
as I read that SMS are never made to be a secure way to communicate, but they 
at least have an CSV export. And their card also has no charges for 
international transactions. I will try a transaction and see whether I can get 
it into KMyMoney easily enough.
