Show group header not showing names

Thanks Jack. The "Use Default" tick box is available with the right
click on column header. I don't recall having ever used that method, but
who knows?  

This has been bothering me for some time now and I seem to have sorted
it out by pure luck. It's good to know now how to do it every time.
