I'm afraid this is a common problem, and is not confined to the US.

What tends to happen is that the layout/format of the web-site towards 
which the url points gets altered by the site people, and this tends to 
upset the magic required to extract the required information.

If you are able to unpick the html code yourself, you will need to 
update the details in Settings/Configure KMyMoney/Quotes.  Otherwise, 
I'm afraid you have to rely on another user to assist you.  The 
developers are unable to help at the moment because of external world 
pressures.

Can you provide details of the error message you get for that URL.
