Why does CSV Export DROP unassigned transactions?

Hello Peter,

I can't speak directly to the csv export functionality, but while  
waiting for answers from folks who do know that, you might try using  
one of the reports.  When you hit the "Export" button on the report, it  
does export as CSV.  You would have to do some manual editing to remove  
header and footer information, but you would have more control over  
what columns and transactions get included.
