[Kmymoney] Format specs for kmymoney file

OK Thomas

Nothing specific at the moment. When I was looking at the problem I had
earlier I realized that things would be simpler if I had some idea of
the general lay-out and rationale for the format and variables of the
file.

I do receive mail from the developers, but I think I cannot make a
comment or input from my side. Is there some other application one has
to make for input?
