[Kmymoney] How to VOID a check

I just has my mother ask, "How do I voice a check".

I've been using KMyMoney for years and apparently haven't had the need 
to do this;  thought it was a simple as right clicking on the register 
entry and selecting "Mark as => Void"

Guess that wasn't the case.

Can anybody make a suggestion on how this is done?
