[Kmymoney] CSV import leaves 30% of Payto field entries blank

Could you send me a copy of your CSV file (minus the personal stuff), as 
long as the format is maintained, and also which columns you are 
selecting for which fields, and I'll see if I can reproduce your problem 
here.

I'm not on Windows, however.
