[Kmymoney] CSV import leaves 30% of Payto field entries blank

I have the following issue with the CSV import :
About 30% of the entries are missing the Payto field after import, even
though this field is populated in the CSV and is displayed correctly in the
grid view of the import wizard.
I have inspected the CSV for errors, reformatted it with Libreoffice, tried
to import in an empty kmymoney file but these actions were not succesfull
in solving the problem.
I have inspected the CSV entries that are subject to this issue and can't
find any material difference with entries that don't have this issue. All
other fields of the entries missing payto do import without issue ( amount,
memo, date, number ), even the ones that appear behind the payee field in
the CSV.

I assume there is an bug in csv import ?

I use Kmymoney v 4.7.2 on Windows8.1
