[Kmymoney] CSV import leaves 30% of Payto field entries blank

Hi Rob

I've produced a patch for your first problem and I was going to send it 
to you to try, but I see you are on Windows8.1.  I assume you would 
therefore not have any means to test it, or do you (no secret Linux box!)?
