[Kmymoney] Re-setting backup location

Well, problem solved, apparently. I shut down KMyMoney and re-started it,
and this time File->Backup DID present me with the option to re-set the
location.

I don't know why I was not getting that dialog option before when I clicked
on File->Backup.
