[Kmymoney] KMM 4.6.90 on Windows 7

Hi,

The two versions use the same configuration file that's why they try
to open the same file upon start. You have two choices to workaround
this.
1. Start kmymoney with the '-n' argument (you can edit the shortcut)
to tell kmymoney not to open the last opened file
2. Start kmymoney with the '--config kmymoneylive' argument (you can
edit the shortcut) to tell kmymoney live to use a different
configuration file for the live version (you can copy the old one
located at %APPDATA%\.kde\share\config\kmymoney)

I also managed to reproduce the unexpected closing issue when
switching between files, thanks for reporting.

Regards,
Cristian
