[Kmymoney] OFX import not using default brokerage account for 'Buy Shares'

I found I had a sample OFX investment file and that imported without 
problem, allocating investAccount (Brokerage).

How recent is your KMyMoney file?  There were some changes in this area 
a few months ago.
