[Kmymoney] Issue while importing statement data from CSV file

Hi Allan,
thanks for your valuable input.
Right now I was able to import the CSV file successfully. The point was
the header line which I deleted in Excel beforehand.
However, it may be helpful in general to give this hint to the end-user
directly.
