[Kmymoney] PGP encrypting does not work on Windows 7

Hello, I am trying to use KMyMoney both on Windows 7 and on openSuse 12.3. While PGP encrypting works very well on openSuse, encrypting my file does not work on Windows 7. In the Settings tab, when I click on PGP encrypting, it does not allow me to enter any key, the actual window is disabled !! Is this a bug or could you please let me know how to use PGP encryption in Windows 7? Thanks very much. Ioan PlopFrance
