[Kmymoney] native currencies are not converted to base currency int he Budgeting vs. Actual Report

Hello Michael,
No, I actually I was wondering if the prices were set correctly, but I see
they are.
I remember a similar bug I should have fixed a year ago or so. I'll check
and get back to you.
