[Kmymoney] native currencies are not converted to base currency int he Budgeting vs. Actual Report

Hello Alvaro,
1 IDR equals 0,00008094 EUR
1 IDR equals 0,00010295 USD
as you can see the precision is set to eight digits. In case you wanted 
to indicate that reducing this to less than 8 digit might help I've just 
reduced the precision to four digits - same bad result.
