[Kmymoney] Moving 1.0.4 to 4.6.3 - Share Totals not shown

Checking "Show equity accounts" did the trick! I'd swear that I tried 
this and every other setting I could think of before posting, but 
apparently not. FWIW, the corresponding setting is not checked in 1.0.4.
