[Kmymoney] How to add online account

No matter what I do, I am not able to setup Ameriprise online mapping. I
tried setting it up with MoneyDance and MoneyDance was able to connect and
download. I am always getting error 2000 when used in kmymoney

I can try to debug if someone tells me what/where/how.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
