The first thing I would do is to upgrade.  1.0.4 is very old.  The  
latest released version is 4.6.3.

I only have one other suggestion right now (I don't have access to KMM,  
so this is from memory.)  There is a configuration setting to list each  
security.  If you turn that on, then the security might be listed in  
the list of accounts when you configure the report.

I'm sure there will be other suggestions.
