It does indeed!  Thank you for your help!  The only thing that I 
couldn't find, was how to name the 'New quote source'.

And, in doing this, I may have hit a bug.  None of the sources can be 
deleted (Button shadowed out) and after the initial creation of New 
Quote Source, it's button is also shadowed out.

Saving, exiting and going back in, the Delete button is still shadowed 
out, the new button is fine.  I cannot create another, since there is 
already one there called New Quote Source.
