[Kmymoney] CSV Importer issue

This is what has changed since the previous importer.

I went and manually added a - to each value and then tried the wizard 
again and it worked.  The Android app that I use to keep track of 
expenses doesn't produce a negative value on each expense.

Easy enough to work around though.
