[Kmymoney] MySQL option does not show up SOLVED !

I do not think so. It was more a kind of developing knowledge of a kind of greenhorn ( me ) ;-)

Exactly this was the clue ! After writing the lib in /etc/ld.so.conf and running "ldconfig", the QMYSQL option was included in KMM !!

I think it was the MySQL Package

I am building everything from the scratch ( Linux From The Scratch ). Normally, I do no have to care very much for "ldconfig" after the compilation of the packages, as one of the last commands in the make procedure uses to do this. Here I had the exception !
