Yes, I opened https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=290473 for it.

Przemek talked to me on #kmymoney. The above mentioned account template 
import/export feature is not meant for that. We need an additional feature for 
such a transaction removal, which actually is more a closing book procedure 
which involves more than just eliminating transactions and transferring 
balances from an accounting pov.
