[Kmymoney] Can't delete empty accounts

No, I haven't figured out schedules yet, so there are no schedules for any
account.

By the way, I also found two "Savings" accounts which were actually assets.
 I fixed those errors the same way (by creating new accounts with the
correct type and then moving the transactions from the old accounts), after
which I was unable to delete the original accounts.  I now have 3 accounts
that I cannot delete.
