[Kmymoney] impact on KDE Language Settings when uddating KMyMoney

Hello Michael,
that's not intended, and it's probably a distro issue. The KDE Language
settings are out of our control, other than us providing a convenience point
of entry in KMM's menu.

What distro are you running?
