[Kmymoney] impact on KDE Language Settings when uddating KMyMoney

Hi Thomas,
I found that even a minor update, e.g. from KMM 4.5.2 to KMM 4.5.3 will effect 
the KDE Language Settings, not only numbers but all the others as well.

Can you confirm?
Is that what is intended?

PS: I set the language to English and the keyboard layout to German
