With the updated patch, I was able to successfully build KMM.  I have  
only run a single test import, which ran fine.  I plan to do some more  
tests tomrrow, but I don't see any likely problems so far.

One minor issue - I like the idea of being able to specify at least one  
of the import options at runtime, rather than by editing the account,  
as for the on-line import.  I'm likely to file a wishlist to make at  
least some of the options (both the source for the category, but also  
the "import since" date, selectable at run time for the on-line import.
