Now it is. The problem was, that I use git locally to be able to develop 
certain things in parallel and unfortunately the output of 'git diff master' 
cannot be used directly as input for the reviewboard. So I did an 'svn diff' 
and uploaded that file. This was missing the new file as I have not added it 
to SVN yet.

To get around this, I wrote a little perl script to massage the output of 'git 
diff' so that I can use it as input for the reviewboard. The patch is now 
updated on reviewboard.
