[Kmymoney] restricted post

When I try to import directly from Fidelity Investments I get an error
message, "Access to restricted port in Post denied"  Looking around for
answers I find a bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=242220

So far can not find solution posted. Has anyone found an answer?

I am using Ubuntu Natty.
