[Kmymoney] Problems building KMyMoney version 4.6.0

Yes, we found out about it, just remove the 'add_subdirectory(
fr_kmymoney/kmymoney )' line from 'doc-translations/CMakeLists.txt'.

I've also spotted this once, you're right it should be fixed.
