[Kmymoney] kymoney 4.5.3

Hi,
     I am not sure if my last email was sent so I am sending it again.

I installed kymoney 4.5.1 using Ubuntu Software Center with no problem.  I
found an updated version, 4.5.3, on sourceforge.net; kmymoney-4.5.3.tar.bz2.
 I wanted to install a binary rather than trying to "make" it myself.  How
do I install this?
