Which date are you looking at in the OFX file?  The account related  
dates are all 1 December, but four of the transaction dates are  
<DTPOSTED>20101130000000.000[-5:EDT], and only two are  
<DTPOSTED>20101201000000.000[-5:EDT].  What dates are they importing as?
