SUMMARY
KMyMoney often crashes when editing categories. Sometimes when categories are
deleted, sometimes (like this case) when a new category is added.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KMyMoney 
2. Edit categories, especially add one
3. KMyMoney crashes

OBSERVED RESULT
KMyMoney crashes. Information from the KDE crash reporter is attached. Console
output just before the crash is
beginResetModel called on LedgerConcatenateModel(0x55769d26c480, name =
"LedgerView concatModel") without calling endResetModel first
beginResetModel called on LedgerAccountFilter(0x55769d248c60, name =
"LedgerAccountFilter") without calling endResetModel first
beginResetModel called on LedgerFilter(0x55769d590470, name = "LedgerFilter")
without calling endResetModel first
beginResetModel called on SpecialLedgerItemFilter(0x55769d294c20, name =
"SpecialLedgerItemFilter") without calling endResetModel first


EXPECTED RESULT
No crash
