... is a good question, it's not obvious!

Maybe KMM should not allow reconciliations to be marked as "Finished" if
there's a discrepancy between the bank statement final balance and the
transactions marked as Reconciled?  Postpone: yes; Cancel: yes but saying it's
Finished seems wrong.
