OFX Import Summary

Would it be reasonable to split the Online Settings tab?  For OFX, The 
Account Details and OFX Details subtabs remain as they are, and the 
Start date of import section of the Import Details subtab either remains 
or gets moved to the OFX Details subtab. The Import options of the 
Import Details subtab could either become a new tab, or be moved to the 
existing Options tab.  For HBCI (which I don't use, so am not familiar 
with the settings) I assume a similar split could be made, perhaps it 
would be the Download subtab which remains, and the Payee and Memo 
subtabs which move to an always present tab.
