SUMMARY
In the status bar next to "Ready." there's a progress bar, this doesn't show
progress when saving a file

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file in KMyMoney
2. Make a change
3. Click on Save

OBSERVED RESULT
File saves but no progress is shown in the progress bar

EXPECTED RESULT
File saves and progress is shown in the progress bar
