SUMMARY
Looking at the list of institutions, some with and some without favicons, the
indentation is different

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a number of institutions
2. Add favicons to some but not all of them
3. Look at the indentation of each institution

OBSERVED RESULT
Those with favicons are indented slightly less than those without

EXPECTED RESULT
Indentation is the same whether the institution has a favicon or not
