Based on that feedback, I'm reopening this but clarifying that the wish is not
simply to be able to close an account, but that the open/closed status of an
account should be shown on the main "Edit Account" page, and there should be a
toggle or checkbox there so that status can be changed there, as well as using
the menu item.
