I do find it odd that Breeze was not included in your original installation,
but that may be due to running Gnome instead of KDE/Plasma.

If the icon configuration screen offers to download Breeze, you should just be
able to click on that button.  Once it is downloaded, you should be able to
select it on that same screen.

If that doesn't work for you, we'll try to figure out which package you can
install with apt-get or synaptic, whichever you normally use for updates.
