Thank you for your help.

I downloaded, used chmod to make executable, and executed
kmymoney-5.1-179-linux-64-gcc.AppImage. I opened the executable (which
is labeled as Version 5.1.2-b063f6349) and found that it still shows
Ctrl+Ins as an alternative keyboard shortcut. When I opened an
account, I found that the Ctrl+Ins shortcut no longer produces any
action (I do not get a warning that there are two instances of
Ctrl+Ins as I formerly did). I checked the shortcut config file at
~.local/share/kmymoney/Default shows this: <Action shortcut="Ctrl+Ins"
name="transaction_new"/>.

To make sure kmymoney-5.1-179 was not using old config files, I
installed it on a computer that did not have any version of KMyMoney
on it and opened my .kmy file using 5.1-179. Unfortunately, I found
that the Ctrl+Ins shortcut was still duplicated, once as an
alternative for "copy" and once for new transaction. Also, I found
that the Ctrl+Ins command no longer did anything.

Is there a problem in my .kmy file that is producing this problem?
