[kmymoney] [Bug 441190] keyboard shortcut conflict

I submitted a bug report and received notice that the bug was fixed.  The bug
is nonetheless present in current version of KMyMoney that I am using. Is there
a version that is available to me that does not have this bug?  Every time I
use KMM I must disable the alternate keyboard shortcut for Ctrl-+ so that the
default shortcut is active.  -- Jeff
