Some texts in German and some in English

Hi downloaded KMyMoney-5.1.80-b5e12f7-x86_64.AppImage and executed it on
Kubuntu 18.10.
My KDE is in German.
Still, there are some texts in KMyMoney in German and some in English.
screenshot enclosed.

If I start the AppImage from terminal, the same problem.

Additional Infos from the terminal:
env | grep -i Lang
LANGUAGE=
LANG=de_DE.UTF-8

Is there a problem with the AppImage?
