String freeze for KMyMoney

Hi all,

effective today we do have a string freeze on KMyMoney's 5.1 branch as part
of the preparation for the upcoming 5.1.0 release. All new strings and
documentation parts shall be available on that branch already.

Now that the SVN is unlocked again, can someone with the powers please do
the necessary copying (sorry, I am no expert on the translation workflow)
required to start using 5.1 as the next stable branch for KMyMoney?

The release itself is planned for June 14th.

If there is anything missing, please let me know.
